FYI Norton Utilities is not an upgrade from Norton 360. It is an additional app that gives you a number of utilities, many of which are available within your Windows operating system.
There is no one in the forums that can access Norton Account information. You will need to contact Norton Support at Contact Norton™Support - Norton Phone Number, and Chat Support . If using the chat feature, as soon as you can enter information, enter “agent please” to get connect to a human.
