Norton Famil not tracking usage

I have Norton Family on multiple PC's.  It is not monitoring activity for my daughter.

 

All seems set up OK on the machines.

 

It worked on the day I set up (28/12) but no activity logged since then

 

Any thoughts welcome

Does online family work on the system time and date on the computer?  If so, I suspect this may be the issue

Have you gotten a chance to try the steps in my previous post?  Is it working for you now?  Please give us a lttle more details on "I suspect this may be the issue" in the post.

The issue seems to have been with the date and time on the PC itself rather than the Norton software.  The PC was resetting at start up to 2003.

 

Issue now resolved
