Norton Family Accessibilty being switched off repeatedly

I have installed Norton Family on a child's android device. Sometimes I get 2-3 days of good monitoring, then it goes quiet and I have to manually switch accessibility on from the child's device again. Last night I switched it on and made sure settings was blocked and today again have no recorded activity. 

I am repeatedly finding that accessibilty is off and I do not get a notification of this until I switch it back on. 

I have given permission to display over other apps and believe I had switched this off for all other apps. 

Any advice gratefully received.

Thanks, I thought this was automatically the case but have now worked out how to do this. I will need to try for a couple of days to see if this has fixed it.

The battery optimization setting in android phones from some manufacturers turns off the Accessibility permission automatically.

Could you please try excluding Norton Family app in battery optimization setting in your phone?
