Introducing Norton Family Assistant external beta

We’re excited to announce the external beta launch of Norton Family Assistant.

Norton Family Assistant is a secure AI assistant built for parents and families. It helps bring together the information families already manage across email, calendars, messages, school platforms, and other connected services into one experience, so it’s easier to stay on top of everyday family logistics.

Some of the ways Norton Family Assistant can help include:

  • Family briefings and summaries for important updates across connected services.
  • Calendar coordination, including identifying conflicts and helping create events with your confirmation.
  • Help with routine family tasks such as drafting messages, planning activities, filling out forms, and organizing schedules.

Norton Family Assistant is currently being introduced as a limited beta in the U.S. and Canada.

You can access Norton Family Assistant through the web experience or on iPhone through the Apple App Store. The iPhone app requires iOS 17.2 or later.

Norton Family Assistant is designed to keep parents in control. For actions such as sending messages, submitting forms, booking, purchasing, or other write actions, the assistant waits for your confirmation before proceeding.
