Norton Family - Chrome Browser Plug-in Disabled

I have about 60 emails stating the chrome browser plug-in has been disabled. My husband mentioned Chrome disabled all plug-ins. What is the time-line for the fix? Do I just filter these emails to the trash in the meantime?
