Norton Family Connectivity Issue Has Been Resolved

Update on Jan 18: The issue below has been resolved.

You might have experienced connectivity issue yesterday and today, which could have caused you to see “Server error” message intermittently. This error impacts the following areas of Norton Family:

  • Login: customers are unable to login
  • House Rules: unable to update child policy
  • Activity log: unable to retrieve activities

This is an intermittent error, so if you see these issues, please try again a little bit later. We are actively working on the issues, and will have them resolved shortly. We will provide status updates as the occur.
