I installed Norton Family on my kids mobile phones and used to configure them via my parent account on the PC.
In the web interface the association of kid - device is lost.
The mobile devices are not even listed in the device list any more.
The procedure describing how to "reconnect" the devices does not work.
1) I cannot delete the device in the android app because it is not there
2) Clicking on the kids user does not add the device.
Anyone out there having the same problem - or better already a solution to get the devices back into the norton family account?
