On my son's computer the Norton family icon at the bottom is on (green) and when I log on as administrator with different computer and show his account it also says that it is tracking his computer. However, even though his computer has time limits, he can go right past them and it does not kick him off the computer even though that box IS checked under house rules. Also, the web report under admin says that it has blocked sights over the past few days but when I go to the time report under admin, it shows 'no activity the past 7 days" even though I know for certain that is incorrect. Why are the restrictions not working even though the icon at the bottom of the screen says it is?
