Norton family password reset

Hello,

I cannot reset my norton family password. I tried several times the dedicated links on https://login.norton.com/ but I never receive any mail to allow me to reset my password (even in spam box)

Could you help me?

I tried the link you suggestedt. Same result. No mail even in the spam box ;-(
