Hi, Norton Family Premier is blocking the Bitdefender update on my daughter's laptop. I am purposely not using the parental controls on Bitdefender as NFP does everything I want it to. My daughter's account is not adminstrator (I don't want it to be) and should be able to download the updates from BF. I am getting the alerts which are full of IP addresses, and her account logs are bursting with 'blocked sites'. I added all of the sites to the 'allowed' list in NFP on my daughter's account, only to find that BF tried to go to different sites to update. I've checked where all the sites are based, and they are bitdefender IPs. I can't keep adding them all. Please can you help, I work in IT and this is driving me crazy. thanks. IneyP
