Norton Family Premier

I installed the software on my sons phone, but we cannot open the app. It says that there's something wrong with the certificate. When I go to add a device, the website says the app is installed, but it never adds a device. What do I do?

There is a separate forum board for the Norton Family products. I have asked your thread be moved there for better exposure to Family users.

In the mean time, have you restarted your son's phone.
