I have reinstalling Norton Premium on my laptops. Every time I try to confirm the Family setup I get a message saying the Family Server is temporarily unavailable and to try later. This has been going on all day and night. I am about to pull my hair out.
This is a first. All of a sudden I started showing activity. Have seen no activity since the 9th even though child was on the internet and today, the 13th it started again! Not sure what happened but glad it is.
I may be having same problem in that I am not receiving Activity Reports. It shows no acitivity but daughter has been online all day. I only receive emails letting me know regarding Time. This has been going on since June 9th.
Seems like you could post the steps here since everyone seems to be having the same problem but if you prefer to PM please do.
Every few months I have the same problem of not receiving activity reports and solution always seems to be to uninstall and reinstall Norton. I always call to have tech support get on my comptuer and do it which takes quite a bit of time. I would like to do it myself but how do I access it to download after I have uninstalled it? Is there a link I can use.

Just started the trial period, got a lots of issues: cannot delete a child profile from the web dashboard, have to decline the T&C for the other parent to be able to access (but still not showing in web dashboard), plus I installed the App on one Android device keep getting "server not available, please try later (-6)".
Not a good starting point...

Update: after a few login/logout, the deleted child profile is now gone, also the other parent account is showing correctly. Still on the device the "server error, try later", I will try again..later.
