The Norton File Cleanup periodically freezes when it try to delete the Windows Temp Files. The File Cleanup processes the Internet Explorer Temp File cleanup first and without any problems. Then when it starts deleting the Windows Temp Files it just hangs there and never completes. When it is hanging, the Cancel All button does not cancel the File Cleanup process. The Windows Temp File cleanup hangs sometimes. It does not hang there on every Norton File Cleanup attempt. I have to restart my PC to get out of this Windows Temp File cleanup when it is just hanging there and never finishing. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Thank you for any help you can provide.

Please, from the main page of N 360, Slect Support and then About and tell us the complete version number of your N 360. There is no V 6 2013. We do not care what your cd box says - what does your installed N 360 say?
First of all, if you use ID Safe (Vault), please Export your data so that it is safely backedup - just incase something goes worng during the repair process. Since you are using the 2013 product, please export using the CSV format and save the Export to a safe location.
Then let's try this from the main page of N 360 select Support then Get Support from the drop down menu. Let is update and run a scan. If it finds aything and fixes it, please try to fuplicate your problem - if finds something and refers you fro furtehr support, please let us now and also tell us where the Support took you.
I understand it may take a day or two until you know if any change hs occurred as it is an intermittent freeze.
