I have Norton Security deluxe on a Windows 10 laptop.
I've found that some updates have failed to install.
I've run the Windows update troubleshooter and found nothing there.
When I go into Updates in Settings on the laptop, it takes ages to search for updates and even longer to download them. E.g. It's taken 10 minutes so far and I'm still at 0% download.
Could the Norton firewall be preventing the Windows updates from downloading and installing, and is there a way around this without turning the firewall off?
