I am an Xfinity customer. Since the free Norton service ended, I downloaded the Norton 360 annual plan for $14.99/Year. Then I got an email from Norton that I have a free upgrade to Norton with Lifelock. I followed the link and upgraded. I am not sure if this is valid for the entire year or if I'll be charged after 6 months as if I got a free trial. Please advise.
I chatted with a representative. She said I need to pay $39.99 to downgrade to what I had originally purchased. WUT?
