Norton Ghost 10 Activation fails

Hi,

 

I have been using Norton Ghost 10 for the last years. However, now it asks me to active the program as the trial period is over although I backed up the computer about a month ago successfully. Moreover, it not only asks for activation, but activation fails as the maximum number of computers has been reached. On one computer a deinstallation was not possible as it broke down. Apart from that, I was able to use it a month ago without any problems! I tried contacting chat support, but the answer was:

I am sorry this particular program is not supported anymore and we do not have any information regarding license. Can you provide me the key? I will try to find details if possible.

I am not able to get details regarding the key.

The problem is the Norton Ghost 10 is very old and the licensing has changed, that could be the reason I am not able to access with the key details.

You can try to check with Forum support, because they are the one who deals with old versions of Norton programs, probably they can help you with this
