It looks like you already uninstalled and reinstalled Ghost to resolve the issue. Are you asking this question based on the possibility of it happening again in the future?
If so this is an unlikely scenario, something like this is pretty rare. If you have no other Norton or Symantec products you could delete the Norton and Norton Installer directories in the Program Data path but if you do have other Norton products they store things in this path too. Then try running Live Update again. However, in either case uninstalling is the cleanest and more fool proof method of resolving something like this.
