Hey,

just wondering how can i copy an entire hdd including MBR to 1 file? (remember like the old ghosts could do it using a recovery disk and made them into GHO files)

That method only allows entire hdd to hdd.

I need Entire HDD to 1 FILE.

if you've been round a while you would be familiar with older versions of ghost. How it can make a GHO file of an entire harddrive. And you can send it in a packet out from windows server 2003 to multiple computers that have identical hardware.

I apologize for overlooking this information in your original post. Chapter 6 would be the area that discusses creating an image of a drive. I’m sorry for the confusion.

I would recommend checking out Chapter 15 of the Norton Ghost 14 User Guide for more information on copying a hard drive. Depending on the size, you might not be able to make it just one file, though.
