I upgraded to NG15 SP1 after getting this program about a year ago with Windows 7. There has been a learning curve compared to Norton 9. I used to overwrite my old file with N9, but I don't see anywhere to do that with 15. It will run for a long time (60 min.?), then say "there is not enough room on your drive" or something like that. I am using a 250 GB external HD and have less than half that on my PC.
My second problem is that after a while my screen goes black (power options I'm sure) and I can't see the progress that is being made. Does everyone turn off their power options when Ghosting?
So my 2 questions are:
1. How do you overwrite your old file
2. How do you see what is happening with the Ghosting?
