Norton ghost 15

Having installed Norton Ghost 15 it has failed to recognise my internal c drive.

Has recognised both my external usb hard drives can anyone help.

Did you try my suggestion from your last post?

 

Right click on the ISO file and select "Burn Disk Image".

First of all you need to click on "One Time Backup" to backup your computer.

Then follow these instructions

Click next then highlight the drive you want to back up (see next pic)

Click next then Browse for the backup drive, (see next pic)

Then click next and tick the box verify recovery point. then click next and finish.

That is all there is to it for a simple manual backup and you can run as many as them as you like.

Because my C: drive only has the O/S and apps I only run one every month.

Make sure you connect a USB2 external drive no bigger than 2 TB direct to the computer and that action will fully backup everything on that drive.

Edit start from the bottow screen and work up.

give him time Dave, after all he is a new visitor, it is a bit confusing to start with and trying to get to know the product.

I think he must have cracked how to burn the Iso
