Norton Ghost 15

I purchased Norton ghost 14. The order site and the order confirmation page stated that it would work on Windows 7. It would not install. I called customer service and the rep installed Ghost 15 for me and it is working fine. Fantastic customer service! What I want to know is, how do I get Ghost 15 into my Norton Account. The purchase of Ghost 14 was automatically put in but it was deleted when Ghost 15 was installed. I have the product key. Can anyone answer this question?
