I recently discovered with a Norton Ghost support person that the full system backup does not include all the files on the entire disk. The wording in the advertising and on the box suggest that it is a full backup. I would like to see an option of being able to select the entire disk to backup without having to do the clone option. Also, there was a mixup and a second support person from Ghost called me and even tho I explained I’d been helped and that it was proven that the Ghost system backup didn’t copy all the files, he insisted that he must connect to my PC and prove I was wrong. Then he said I wasn’t letting do his job so he wouldn’t help. I was stunned at his denial and was quite rude to him that he wouldn’t report the issue been tho it was confirmed by another support person. I can’t find a way to call a manager and complain.
