Well, since I just purchased this product late last year for everyone in my company I must say that I'm pretty disappointed. Disappointed that you didn't alert me to the fact that you wouldn't be selling this product in the coming year and really, really disappointed that you will be ending your support for my company and every other user to whom you sold Norton Ghost. The least you can do is offer continued support to everyone whose money you took.
I'm also disappointed that you would use this announcement to hawk another product but fail to give a clue as to what it will cost the user.
