Norton has ZERO support

this is one good reason to NEVER use Norton

support to Norton is taking to a chat bot or posting to the forum

well I need to talk to someone about my account - cancelling my account - and reversing charges that never should have been charged. Chatbots and a community forum cannot accomplish this.

I guess the ONLY walk to speak with a human working for Norton (or at least communicate with a human via email) is to first contact the Better Business Bureau.

I hate companies that stonewall paying customers like this.

Screw Norton.

Hey there,

I totally get your frustration, especially when dealing with something as important as billing and account management , it can feel like you’re stuck talking to a bot when all you want is a real person. I’ve been in a similar position, but I wanted to share a bit about my experience with Kodexia AI. We’ve used their conversational AI in different industries, and it’s been a game changer for customer support automation. It’s amazing for handling routine inquiries, scheduling, and even helping quickly and efficiently.

That being said, I completely understand that for more sensitive issues, like reversing charges or account specific concerns, sometimes speaking to a human is just necessary. While AI has really helped businesses improve response times and efficiency, it’s important to have that option for personal interaction when needed.

Hopefully, Norton can find a better balance to make sure they’re addressing those pain points, so you get the help you need without all the hassle. Thanks for sharing, and fingers crossed you get your issue resolved soon!

I don’t know about Customer Support, But, I am tired of Norton’s asking for more money for every little thing the Norton’s want to sell. My past Security Company, Everything was included. I’m Not sure that I will buy Nortons again !!!

Hello @Robert_Fenton
Care to share “past company” that included everything?
