Norton have been bombarding me with updates on my screen

Norton have been interupting my day to day work by bombarding me with messages telling me I need to pay for additional services.

I am due to subscribe again and I plan to go to another provider.
There is nobody in norton to contact about these daily infringement on my work

Norton don’t care about spamming us with their ads - the only thing you can do is move to another provider.

One setting to check is the Mute Special Offers. From the 360 home screen, click on Settings ? Notifications and scroll down to Mute Special Offers. Turn that on and see if it helps.

This option does not mute the ads associated with their rancid “Smart Scan”.

Its set to run on a scheduled by default.

You can disable it from running but you can’t get rid of the prompts - which are everywhere in this scammy excuse of a so-called security app.
