Issue abstract:Norton is terrible. l want to cancel my auto renewal. Norton hides it. I click on a link that is supposed to take me to auto renewal and I can’t. It will not let me remove my credit card. What a scam!!!

What exactly are you clicking when you are logged into your Norton account? Removal of your billing information is straight away and right there. Are you following these steps?
