I lost my Norton Home page and can’t get it back. Does anyone know how to get it back?

Yes, the Norton Home Page extention for chrome. I have tried to download it several times, however, I keep getting an error message. I have reported this to support and spoke to Aviral who worked for 2-3 hours (on Sunday 9/22/24) and esclated it to level 2. I keep getting several emails stating they can’t reach me & no place to leave a message. This cannot be true because I have : a Land line: this number has an answering machine for messages and my cell phone which has voice mail. Your support team has called me on both of these many times in the past when I’ve had a problem. Your response is: We’ll try to call attention: No promises. No timeline. I thinkk this is very much UNACCEPTABLE and have give a bad review on the BBB which is publicly on thier site. My suggestion is to get this resolved or I may have to cancel my subscription (I have been with Norton for several several years) and get another company.

Since, Norton support was unable to sort your issue. I’m doubtful I will.
Have you created a new default Chrome profile to test download?

We try pinging Norton Community staff and we hope Norton staff will offer help.
Most times I ping Norton staffer - I never hear back what/if anything resulted from my trying to “call attention”. That’s why…my…“No promises. No timeline”.

Sorry, I’m head scratch.
My other browsers does have Norton Home Page. The problem is just with Chrome. I don’t have anyother options and Norton is not returning any phone calls like they say they are. I give up! It upsets me that we pay for service and then they don’t provide it. I am very disappointed in Norton as I said before I have been with them for a very long time and never had any problems like this time, Thanks for trying to help.
