I downloaded Norton Hotspot and am using for both my MacBook Pro (OSX 10.9.2) and my iPhone 5 (iOS7.1). I've had both for 2 days and was working fine for until this afternoon; Now I cannot connect to the internet at all on my iPhone either when using 4G LTE or when connected to WiFi. the VPN just scrolls saying it can not find the internet. No problems with the laptop. Any ideas?
