Although the Norton Product is going End of Life (EOL), the service is being picked up by AnchorFree http://www.anchorfree.com
Norton customers will have their account transferred to a HotSpot Shield Elite account. Any existing time on your Norton account will be continued on the new account. As a bonus, I had an extra year added for free as part of the transition process.
