Norton Identity Safe Crashes on 'Addresses' & 'Notes'

Previously, I wiped out the vault by mistake. Since then, whenever I click on Addresses or Notes, the app crashes and I'm returned to the main iPhone screen. This is happening on my 4 iPhones and iPad. Under the My Vault home screen, it shows Addresses as having 2 items and Notes as having 4 items which is incorrect. The both have none whenever I log in using the web browser. I need to get the problem rectified please. Any suggestions appreciated.

iOS ver.: 10.3.1

Norton Identity Safe ver.: 4.5.96

Hi David Breslin, can you please go to iOS Settings->Privacy->Diagnostics and Usage and ensure that "Automatically send" is checked. If not already, kindly select "automatically send" and reproduce the crash a few more times on any of the devices. This will help us in getting the crash logs at our end and we can troubleshoot the issue using the same. Thank you for your cooperation.

I would also like to know whether you have access to the Norton Security product on Windows PC?

@peterweb, this appears to be a different problem and David appears to be using the latest version of the app.

Be sure you have updated the app from the App Store. A fix has been released in the last few days.
