The program is the latest version and after signing in I go to logins and after a second or two the program closes. It is unusable now. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it did not help.
hello arpan_sinha,
independent of the connection type i get the same screen of bar moving in a circle. but the case started with the update to version 5.0.179 and also occures with the actual version 5.0.187.
Yes, this morning it is fine. I thought there was in issue since on the mini with old app I could log on, but with the new app on iPhone and iPad I couldn't. This morning everything is fine. Thank you.
@filterbox We'd really appeciate if you can collect and share some more log files with us so that we can try to fix this issue in the upcoming releases. Thanks for your cooperation.
@Sam16701 There was a temporary server issue because of which a SSL error was displayed. This has been resolved.
I did not get a chance to look for more crash logs yet but I did upgrade to the latest version of NIS that came out yesterday and it changed nothing. It still crashes the same way.

Mini is running 5.0.179. I’ll post screen shots.
Hello @Sam16701, what version of the Identity Safe app is running on iPad Mini 4? Is it possible for you to share a screenshot of the error from your other device with us?
iPad mini 4 is running same iOS 11.0.3. I haven’t update app on the mini since I had issues on other 2 devices.
What IOS version is on the iPad Mini 4?
I updated the Norton Identity Safe 5.0.187 app for iOS version today and get ssl error cannot connect to server. On iPhone 6s and iPad Pro both running iOS 11.03. On another iPad Mini 4 I didn’t update app and it works fine. Bug in new update? Or a work around?
Hello,
I have tried many times to use the app and it crashes every time I go into the logins tab and it tries to sync with your servers. If it did not create a helpful log file by now then I am guessing it won’t. I will try one more time to get a log file but it is looking like I will be forced to find a new app to use.

Yes, I've tried with both WiFi and 4G, in Europe as well as in US, same result all the time.
Hello joerg w, is this always the case when you are connected to a stable/high speed internet connection? (Wifi/4g) Also request you to send me your Norton Account email ID via a private message.
Hello O_H, is this always the case when you are connected to a stable/high speed internet connection? (Wifi/4g) Also request you to send me your Norton Account email ID via a private message.
Hello filterbox, thank you for providing the crash log file with us despite your busy schedule. We really appreciate it. Unfortunately, this particular file does not carry enough details for us to debug the root cause for this crash. I request you to reproduce the crash, sync your device with iTunes, go to the crash logs folder on your PC/Mac and zip all the files with the name nortonsafebrowser and share them with us.
Hello filterbox! Thank you for responding with the log file but unfortunately, this particular file does not have much information for us to debug the root cause. I recommend that you reproduce the crash, sync your device with iTunes and send us all the files starting with nortonsafebrowser name to us in a zip file.
Hello,
Sorry for the big delay in my response I was busy. I did sync with iTunes and did retrieve a crash log. There was no crash log under the main directory but I did find one under Retired. It is dated recently so I hope it helps you. I would really like to get this working. I attached the log file. Thank you for your help.

Both yours and arpan_sinha's descriptions are identical with mine.
I just sent the requested info to arpan_sinha using the suggested channel.
