Hello. I am using Norton Identity Safe on a Samsung Galaxy S8. All the software is completely up to date:
Android = 7.0
Samsung Experience = 8.1
Identity Safe = 3.8.0.805
Every time I go into "My Vault" and select "Logins" the app crashes.
I have tried logging in with PIN, fingerprint and password. The problem persists.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. In doing so, I have also cleared all user data and the cache then reinstalled but the app but problem keeps happening.
I have emailed technical support on idsafetesting@symantec.com but no reply.
Any ideas, please?
