In the process of erasing Norton Utilities, I was asked if I wanted to save my Identity Safe information; I agreed to do so. I reloaded Norton Internet Security. When I started Firefox (Windows 7), I noticed that Norton indicated that the page was secure and the Vault was closed. I clicked on it and it prompted me for my login information for my Norton Account. It first checked my e-mail address and once the connection was made asked for my Password. Unfortunately this wasn't recognized. I logged into my account through the Browser to ensure that my information was correct; it was. I again tried this in the Vault closed area with negative results. It has stated that my account is locked because of these failures and to log in later. I can still log into my account with Firefox.
The reason why I reinstalled Norton was because it questioned the certificate of every website stating that the certificate was invalid (even Norton's Website). I don't have that problem since the reinstall but want to get things running normally. At this point I've come to a dead end. Any help would be appreciated.
