I have just downloaded and installed Norton 360 on Jan. 18th 2013 from the website. I cannot for the life of me to get Identity Safe to let me log out and then log back in with my password. I have already set up my online password for Identity Safe. I have done this over 4 times now so I am certain I am entering the password correctly each time. I am able to reset the password using my Norton password, but once I set up the Identity Safe password it will accept it along with the hint. Logging in I am told the password is incorrect. I know this is not the case. I have even tried using a different password to set it up. Again it accepts the password setup but does not let me actually use the password.
