I recently switched from Windows 7 to Mac OS 10.8 and my Norton Vault password is no longer working on the website and Norton Identity Safe plugin. I contacted their "Cust Svc" and was advised by the online chat rep that Identitiy Safe for Mac is not supported by Norton. Doesn't sound like Cust Svc at all to me since they now sell Norton Internet Security for Mac. Any ideas how to get my Vault to work or change my password?
