Norton Identity Safe with Firefox 40.0.3

It seems that I took a Norton 360 update - 2015.5.2.24 on 21 September.

Since then The Identity Safe (OnLine version) will not open - log-in times out. Running Windows 7/Firefox 40.0.3

Help needed.
