I upgraded to norton360 platinum how do I enter info for identity protection I don’t see anything

The Identity feature on mobile 360 versions just gives you access to the Dark Web monitoring included in the 360 subscription. On my iPhone, tapping on Identity in 360 opens up access to Dark Web Monitoring. Tapping on Personal Information allows access to add the different types of information you want Norton to watch for in the Dark Web Monitoring. I'll have to check later for my Android device to see if it is the same functionality.

What is the difference between Norton 360 Premium and Platinum?
The difference between Premium and Platinum are. Device count, with Premium it covers up to 10 devices and Platinum covers up to 20 devices, also PC Cloud Backup, with Premium you receive 75GB and with Platinum you receive 100 GB. Outside of that you receive all the same features of device security (password manager, smart firewall, online threat protection, parental control), online privacy (secure VPN, Privacy Monitor, SafeCam) and ID theft protection (dark web monitoring).
