I had to format my computer and now Norton is missing somehow and I have used to Remove and Reinstall tool and have downloaded the 360 installer except when i run the installer it says that this product is not compatible with this operating system.
I need help please, thanks.
It is installed on Windows 7 but my previous Norton was also on Windows 7 (on this same laptop of mine) which I downloaded form the Norton website.
So how do I install Norton after I reformatted my system?
What operating system and version did you install.
If you formatted your system all software is gone until you reinstall it. You cannot use the Remove and Reinstall tool unless you have Norton already installed.
Where did you get the 360 installer?
