Why would the date discovered not be populated? Just got the update to 17.1.0.19. Running Win 7 Ultimate. The date discovered is blank for the file ccsvchst.exe. It shows Norton Trusted, many users and low resource usage.
I tried to upload a screen shot but it looks like I can only upload .txt files.
