Norton Insight Problem

Hello Everyone - this is my first time posting to this new version of the forum.

I just received the lastest NIS update 22.5.0.124 and am finding a sharp learning curve compared to the previous version.

Specifically, Norton Insight shows that it ran successfully under the Background tasks window (I ran it manually).

However, under Security>Scans>Norton Insight>Go - there are no entries there, it says it can't connect to the Symantec Server and to try later.

Am I doing something wrong, or misunderstanding how it works, or is there another answer.

I've got 2 jpeg images to show what I mean, but I can't figure out how to attach or upload them (only .txt or PDFs allowed?).

Any comments or help will be gratefully appreciated.
