On NIS 2009, an Insight scan was run about every 24 hours. On NIS 2010, I last had an Insight scan on Wednesday morning. My computer has been idle a number of times since then & there hasn’t been another Insight scan. Is this normal? How often is the idle time Insight scan going to run?
All I can think of is that you wouldnt have had any new applications installed since Wednesday when the last scan was run. Besides, you would not have kept the network idle for Norton Insight to verify it with their database of files to confirm.
