Norton Insight Serveer Down?

I am not sure when this started, but I have tried for two days to use Norton Insight and I keep getting the following message: Unexpected Error There is a problem connecting to the server. Please try again later.

This is not a new install, I have 202 days left on my subscription. It has probably been two weeks since I last checked Insight and it was working fine. Is the server down or do I need to trouble shoot?
