Norton Interaction with otherr products

I just installed Norton 360 on three computers.  One is WIN7 - no problems.  The other two were WINXP Pro SP3.  Since that time the WINXP OS's have not been working properlyh with regards to Yahoo mail.  Is there a negative intereaction between these two products.  It is easier to contact Norton than Yahoo.  Yahoo never answers their requests for help.

My specific problems is that I cannot get the rich text formatting bar to display.  I know that is a Yahoo problem.  I just wanted to know if this is being caused by Norton since this does not happen on WIN7.

Thanks

How do you uninstall Yahoo?

Keep us posted

Yahoo is NOT a program that resides on my comuters.  I get to yahoo via the web.

Hi, FrustratedByNor. You may need to delete, and recreate your Yahoo account.

As you know Yahoo have made lots of changes recently, and you may need to adjust the Yahoo settings.

I got an answer, but NOT by Norton.  Consider this thread closed

I have asked for this post to be merged with the thread where you asked the question.

It would be nice of you and helpful to others to let us know what the answer was ..... <s>

I know that the AOL / Compuaerve Forums see users with other than Intenet Explorer not being able to use the Rich Text Editor function there .....

And with IE using Compatibility Mode is needed since IE 10 and 11 .....
