For those of you who bought Norton Internet Security (maybe from Fry's like I did) for the $60 rebate, please be aware that your rebate will take much, much longer to get than what Norton advertised.
I bought the product back in early December, mailed in my rebate info and whoever handles their rebates (RebateHQ.com) has had my accepted rebate info since Dec. 20. The rebate was accepted and marked for final processing.
According to the rebate form, getting the rebate could take up to 8 weeks.
It has now been 10 weeks and no rebate. I contacted RebatesHQ and they are now saying "check back with us in 2 more weeks".
I tried checking with Norton and they say check with RebatesHQ. Feels like I am running in circles.
Norton, if you are reading this, maybe you could contact me to discuss this. Better yet, have someone send me my rebate.
