My dad recently purchased Norton Internet Secruity 2011 for me. I installed it on my brother's laptop and it worked fine, but when I installed it on mine it kept saying I have something wrong with it. For prior knowledge, my brother and I have the same model of a laptop, so there's no real reason why it shouldn't work on mine. I have had norton in the past, but I uninstalled it because I ran out of days. I'm currently running Windows 7 on a windows-bit32.
None of the solutions provided helped, since it's still saying I have the problem.

I tried changing the firewall to "on" as well, except it didn't save the changes made to it because it just popped up to "one click support." I tried all the one click support solutions they gave but nothing seemed to help. Now, it's just giving me theses responses.
My friend says it's pebkac error, but I don't believe it's my fault as to why it's acting like this. Any possible solution for this?
