Purchased of new PC with Norton Internet Security 2007 for six months. Upon 2nd day, a virus was detected (W32 GammimaAG) and was unable to resolve fully. Upon scanning, it indicated that the virus was fully resolved. However, each time my computer was turn on, the virus appear again. Your technical support personnel(Online Chat) informed that he was unable to resolve my problem and advise me to seek for professional assistant which will cost $150 dollar. I am doubtful of your software which is suppose to protect again virus. I suspect that your software purposely leak the virus infecting my computer in order to force me to pay for your professional service.
Please give your advise in regards to your software protection to my computer and how to get rid of the virus.

If your subscription is still valid for your Norton Internet Security 2007 I would advise using the free upgrade to NIS2008 that is available.
Click on this link New NIS to get the NIS2008 download. When it installs on top of your NIS2007 it will remove it but keep the KEY if it is valid.
After installing -- if you decide to go this route -- run Live Update until it finds no more updates and then repeat your full system scan.
Please let us know what you decide to do.
Please post what version of Windows you are using. You may be encountering action by system protection reinstalling deleted files because they are labeled as part of the system.
