It makes one wonder just how well Norton 2009 was developed. The other issue is with the support staff that I allowed to get in two computers to fix a network problem, their fix was nothing more then looking around in these two computers. One of the problems I was able to fix my self, they perged my network to try to fix Network Monitoring password. If you lost or forgot the password just disable Network Monitoring then setup with a new password for the computers.
Norton tec could not tell me this, what do you expect when you get support from a third country that knows nothing about the product.
We bought ten (10 ) user package, the problem is after installing Norton on all the computers there are two out of 7 that does not see some of the computers on the network. My question is why???????
