Hi. I know that you normally should not have 2 anti-virus programs going, much like having 2 firewalls sometimes can be overkill. Here's my issue though - I need to have Symantec Anti-Virus (SAV) on my PC for work, so that my PC is in line with required policies. When I installed NIS 2009, I had to delete the SAV program, which I did (btw, I am using SAV 10.0). After I installed NIS 2009 properly, I reinstalled SAV, and set everything up, but I cannot seem to get the enable auto-protect to stay on. I tried stopping NIS' anti-virus program, but no luck. I tried tinkering around in a few other areas all with no success. Does anyone know how I can enable auto-protect on the SAV program, and stay in line with my corporate policies?
