I have a 3 user version of the above software. I require in my account page details of the three usages. As far as I know i've only insttalled it twice once on my PC, once on my daughter's lap top and recently I had a hard disk crash that required formatting and I reinstalled it again. Recently i tried installing it on my laptop when the older version Norton 2007 expired. But am unable to do so.
The norton webpage leaves not contact us emal address and I am unable to reach norton for help and clarification. All the contact information is about intallation and the likes which is not what i want.
When i installed Norton Internet Security 2009 for the first time i had to go through a registration process and now there my profile and date of installation and the type of product is available but no where can I find out how many installations are balance. Is the re-installation on the same computer after a hardisck crash/format considered 2 installation. If that is so i think its wrong.
