I have Norton Internet Security 2010 on one of my computers and NIS 2009 on my 4 other computers. On the one with 2010, I can not send out e-mails through my database program (RecruitNext) or in Outlook either. It is not a problem on any of the other computers with 2009 installed. I use Outlook 2003. The e-mails will go to my outbox but will not leave the outbox. They are not in bold print. If I click to make them unread, they will become bold but will still not be sent out. Any ideas?
